There are times when we make a decision and struggle with the outcome in our minds. We go back and forth like a pingpong ball, saying yes and no alternatively. Then we feel stuck and when we do make a decision, we think about whether it was the right one. This causes us to use and loose a lot of personal energy and can make us feel confused and conflicted. |
