Positive Change & Transition Coaching

Patricia RaskinPatricia is now offering change and transition coaching to her radio show listeners, readers and clients. This is a client led coaching process which is co-creative, where Patricia asks the questions, and you, client provide the answers. 

Patricia has a Masters Degree in counseling and was recently trained by World Coach Institute which is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation. With her 30+ years asking questions as a tv and radio interviewer, Patricia knows the questions to ask to bring you awareness, clarity, motivation and confidence.

We all go through change, but the stress of the transition during this time, often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Before we can move on, we need to process and move through the change that is happening. Patricia states,  “The insights that come forth from clients are amazing and I have heard many aha moments."

Specifically, I work with clients who are in the process of the transition that change brings. I work with them at that moment of change. Once they have clear options and are ready to move on, I can refer them to other resources in specific areas if needed.

In this workshop, we will explore the components of positive living as we define them uniquely for ourselves, the power of the positive perspective, how to heighten our awareness to achieve balance in our lives, and the quality of life we desire.

"Positive Aging"

In this talk, Patricia Raskin will discuss several perspectives of positive aging in from current literature and statistics and will incorporate seven principles to balance our life and age with grace as well as gusto. Participants will examine their own self-care techniques as they age and learn ways to enhance the quality of their lives.


"Stress Management and Burn-Out Prevention"

In this workshop, we discuss symptoms of burnout and ways to deal with them. After a didactic introduction, the group will identify the five most salient areas of stress and burnout using a confidential generic questionnaire. Though facilitated group interaction, discussion and problem-solving, participants will develop solutions to issues raised in their group. A summary of all the assessments will be shared in the large group for final discussion.
